Atrocious service

I have bought something from Amazon gift that was meant to arrive on 25 April. It had left Amazon the 6 April. Aramex Port Elizabeth want to inform us this parcel is still in the USA. Then they say it is in X ray department it shall remain there for seven days. They have been utterly rude on the telephone. The staff inform us they also have to wait for long periods for their packages. Why all the fibs Aramex staff I would like to know. We are paying clientele.
