Atrocious service

I sent a parcel on Fri 6 March and was told at the local Pick n Pay Store, Bellville that it would be delivered the next day. When the said parcel did not arrive by the Wed, I called Aramex - spoke to a consultant with a major attitude problem by the name of Keenan. Was rudely told that there are no delivery service on a Sat. Which is ok with me - but three working days later with so many promises of delivery that was going to be made on Thursday morning at 9am and then Joseph promised that by lunchtime the parcel will be delivered. Guess what still no sign of a parcel that should have been delivered three days ago. The service is absolutely atrocious. I will ensure that I tell everyone that I know NEVER to use this company again. As for the advert on your system, whilst holding on, they are just words with no substance as they mean nothing and no follow up to those promises.
