Assistant in finding my parcel

Aramex drivers really needs to be investigated. Parcels missing daily, parcels delaying and their Call centre giving clients bad attitude for wanting updates on parcels, I have week since I dropped parcel with no update on it i went to Pick ‘n Pay was told delivery guy too parcel on Wednesday but there’s nothing showing under tracking number , I contacted call center they said maybe it’s their system while on WhatsApp they said it hasn’t been picked up yet, Im having sleepless night can I please be assisted *** Parcel number ***
