Aromax your parcel is not safe with them

Hello I am having trouble getting my parcel with my tracking number with aromax nobody seems compenant to help me. I have phoned e-mailed but nothing. Thet send me a invoice on the 22 March 2018 witch I paid on that day we are on the 28 March and still nothing processing at custums...... Can any body please respond.... Thanks
