My son sent me a parcel on the 29th of April 2026, today it is the 6th of May that percel has not been picked up, when I talk to them on their WhatsApp on Monday the 4th they said it will be picked up at 3pm yesterday the 5th my son called them they said it will be picked up at 3pm also yesterday I sent them an email the was no reply, today the 6th the parcel it is still there.
