Aremex Silverton PTA WORSE SERVICE EVER

Aremex Silverton !! This branch must be completely closed , so unprofessional and not ethical , my parcel has been with them for over 2 weeks , keep on calling promising to deliver the next day and nothing !! Worse the last lady I spoke to laughed while was explaining and addressing how aggrieved am I with their services , bern using the company from last year for my business but this time I’m so disappointed in a way that I will never ever use Aremex !! This has destroyed my business n customer base .. where can I escalate to management??
