Aremex is a mess

Over 7 days and still I have not received my item from ARAMEX. I have tried several ways to try and get in contact with them. Airtime gets depleted and no one contacts me back. I have emailed and used several social networks to try get in touch.

The last response I had on Facebook what said the delivery should be soon... Soon? Is that the e.t.a they use? Soon? Meaning what? Pathetic courier service!
