Aremex bad service

I am very disappointed about the bad service that I got from a big company like Aremex. They take forever to pick up calls and when they finally pick up their consultants are rude to such an extent that they even hung up on customers. I have been waiting for my order for so long and as a result it is ruining my business. Costumers I canceling their orders.
