Aremex are useless they have a problem in their delivery process

The worst company to deal with they do not keep to their service level agreements . My parcel was sent on 6/4/21 still waiting delivery . Unable to track my parcel . They call centre does not log calls you got to keep calling back took 3 days for a ticket to be logged to get a ref Nbr They don’t deserve a 1 star . From what I have read it appears they do have this problem ongoing . Do jnot use this facility they are the worst you can find
