Aremax lost parcel

The service is so terrible. I dropped off two parcels on the 30th of April 2025 at park meadows Pick ‘n Pay till date one of my package hasn’t been delivered and they. I fail to understand how so since the other one was picked. I went back to pick and pay for assistance and l was told they do not have access to the drop box. The manager asked for the time l was at pick and pay to and checked the cameras if really l was. And he saw l dropped the parcels. How then do parcels get missing when they are the only people who have access to the drop box. Am shattered with all this as. It has spoiled my business reputation. The client is frustrated and not happy with me. I do not understand why can’t they ask for the footage of the person who picks parcels the following day so the see how many parcels were picked. All they say is we still investigating . The worst service ever
