Aremax has very bad services

I ordered from shien tracking no *** and was supposed to receive my order between 23-28 September 2021. On the 20th of September I received email from aremax that i must pay tax clearance before my parcel is delivered then i payed on the every same day..28 September 2021 passed i did not receive my parcel. On the 29th September 2021 i called aremax and they said my parcel was for inspection..today i called (06 October 2021) only to find out that my parcel was not assigned to anyone for inspection..i am so disappointed ☹️
