Aremax

My buddy sent me a parcel on the 27th of April around 9am he dropped the parcel in drop box. After a week I called aremax asking what’s the status of my delivery as on tracking app it shows parcel is with delay partner. I called again on the 6th of may I’m told I will receive the parcel on the 7th of may today is the 8th I called again I’m told that my cellphone numbers were captured incorrectly and they will arrange with delivery partner and give me a call back still waiting for the callback. I mean it’s been 2 weeks. Will never ever recommend this courier to anyone
