First of all if I could give 0 stars I would!!! 2 days... as a professional logistics company, how do you assure a client that a package has been scheduled for delivery but the clerk at the depot confirms the parcel is still on site? How does the order tracker say "attempted delivery" when the parcel never left the depot?

These kinds of business operators give an entire company Reputations a dent and do not even take responsibility.
