Aranex

I received a parcel from India via aramex. It arrved and i discovered that the box was cut open and some stuff was removed. After filing a complaint they never contacted me. When i contacted them they did not know about my complaint. After i send them copies of our communications they rep**** that the box arrived at them cut open and they taped it with aramex tape. The cut was made in the aramex tape and you can clearly see where the goods was removed. After i told them about it ,they ignored me. You can clearly see that the cut was made at their holding places. I decided not to support a pathetic company like that again. They did not even have the dignaty to tey and solve the case.
