Aramex's grosdly bad service

My parcel was sent from Johannesburg to East London via Aramex last Thursday. I still have to receive it even though it was meant to be an overnight delivery. To say I am disappointed is an understatement as I have been **** to this afternoon, the lady told me that the driver would pass by me to drop it off. After numerous calls, I have told that the driver has been checking on me since Friday. Why was I not called on Monday to arrange delivery? Lies. Lies. The lady expects someone to be at home 24/7 waiting for their driver. I have been called this afternoon as the senders started querying it. After all the calls and promises, my parcel was not delivered. I am disgusted to say the least.
