Aramex....poor

As an importer of many many products of value,I find the retarded handling of a R600 order absolutely ridiculous.I have sent requested documents twice and now they require it a 3rd time.Do they eat the documents?.Even more upsetting is that I have to follow up the whole time as they dont bother keeping the client updated.Such a low value item,its almost not worth it.Aramex can join Fedex on the poor service list.
