Aramex....again!

I don't want to rate a firm more than once, but sometimes the rot simply grows and grows! 4145 (now 4146) single star reviews and 221 5 star reviews! The stats do not lie folks, this is not some sort of conspiracy theory against this UAE-based company. On my latest shipment they have now taken longer than three weeks since my logging of a query to resolve it. Not only that, if I did not scrutinize their calculations, they would have caused me paying almost 6k too much in duties, and this on only a 60k shipment! Their initial calculation was R 10 025, after I pointed out my concerns and asked them to re-caluculate, the amount came to R 4058.80! Don't trust this crowd with calculations, anything more complicated than a single item, one line invoice will have them sucking all sorts of info from their thumbs, they will quite happily make assumptions to lessen their workload and dump the cost of that onto their customers. A well deserved one star for the Holding company and all staff who was aware of the problem and mostly ignored it; Chumeka, Chad, Shamain, Kelly and all others at Customer support who got to read one of my many e-mails sent to them!
