Aramex you are a disappointment ☹️

Aramex is such a disappointment. I dropped a parcel 5 days ago and I can't track it on the app. It says invalid number when I try and put the Waybill code. One of their Agents hung up on me after 10 minutes waiting and wasting my Airtime for nothing. My customer is waiting on the other end. ??? I think it time to switch to another reliable courier company.
