Aramex you and your staff are ***********

I was informed by the company I ordered my boots from that Aramex would deliver and provided a tracking code. Then I was informed on the day, they'd deliver between 8am and 5pm. The delivery guy then calls just after 1pm to say he's around the corner, is someone home. I attempted confirm with my mother and as she indicated she's not home, I asked the delivery guy to drop the package at my neighbor. I gave him, her house number and name. When I went to collect the parcel when I got home from work, my neighbor indicated that the delivery guy hooted, barely waited a minute and drove off as she was on her way to the door. Not only his demeanor on the phone with me, but lack of patience, is unacceptable. To top it all, I received no feedback from Aramex as to where my parcel is now, not even after I sent them a whatsapp and called the delivery guy and left him a voice-mail.
