Aramex wrong destination

I recently bought an item from somebody who stays at Vanderbijlpark but after he inserted all my location details and home address in order for the parcel to be delivered to, I now tracked my parcel and the destination is Durban instead of coming to me in Johannesburg. I'm really unhappy with the service which I am dealt with. Can anybody please help me out?
