Aramex worst service provider

Aramex is the worst! I regret using their service, delayed a package that was meant to be used for birthday in Capetown since last week Tuesday it’s been back and forth l have asked to the package to be returned to me I now have to refund a client because of their inconsistency. I am furious, my business is badly affected even after several calls no one cares
