ARAMEX - WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!1

Trust me if i could rate them -0 i would do it with the greatest of pleasure . They are the WORST ever , and its not the first time that we had this horrific experience with them . Our package came from abroad already early November , import costs were paid and they confirmed on 18/11 all received well and we should allow 2-3 working days for delivery . Well its almost a week away from a month and still nothing received from Aramex .

Been phoning them every day to find out where the package is as my client is awaiting the items that was ordered . Go through to consultant , asked to hold on then they put the phone down .

And trust me IF I LOSE THIS CLIENT TO TO AN *********** COURIER COMPANY I WILL PERSONALLY HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will also tell everyone that i know NOT TO USE THEM AT ALL because this is not the way to render a service to someone
