Aramex worst service ever

I was expecting a parcel to be delivered to me on the 4th of March but it never happened until today, regardless of my countless contact with them, they keep on promising that an agent will contact me but it never happened. The parcel shows that it arrived at Nelspruit Depot but they can’t explain why it didn’t reach its destination. Aramex has ******* and they don’t care about customers. Worst service ever ☹️
