Aramex worst service

Worst customer service team ever. My parcel apprently had an incomplete address and no one bothered to call and inform myself or the sender instead they just kept it at their warehouse.

When I ask if I can come collect it myself they say NO. I informed them of the urgency of the contents in the parcel and the East London Branch Manager said they will call me back and they didnt.

I am very dissapointed in the Aramex service.
