ARAMEX - WORST DELIVERY SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!!!!!

I have never experienced such bad service from a company. We were waiting for my daughter's school books to be delivered by Aramex. Firstly we waited for weeks to receive the delivery, my husband finally phoned them. That was when they admitted that they had lost half of the packages. We had used the tracking number to keep track of the packages. In the information it stated that there was 4 items on its way to us. So low and behold when the delivery finally arrived it was one package with a sticker on that 1 of 2. So where is number 2???

I would really like to know. I have received absolutely ZERO feed back on any of my enquiries I have placed with Aramex. Yet on their site they say the packaged has been delivered. On which planet do you call that a job complete, when half of the packages are missing???

This is my daughter's education you are playing with!!! And believe me that is one subject you do not want cross me on.
