Aramex - Worst Delivery Service Ever

Thought i knew bad service until Aramex had to deliver my parcel. Yesterday they just said I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver which was a lie no one called or knocked or anything. Today waited the whole day for them to deliver and they cant locate the driver and not answering their calls. So now i dont know whether they still even have my parcel.
