Aramex = Worst delivery service ever

My parcel was paid for overnight delivery for Thursday 30/04 - It is now Wednesday 06/05 and no delivery has taken place and I was just told that due to a delivery vehicle breakdown I will again not receive my parcel today. I have contacted the call center countless times, and although no fault of the call center, who have been very helpful, I was assured every time that the parcel will be delivered an hour or two after my call. Today's update of a vehicle breakdown was the last straw.
