Aramex worst customer service EVER

the website is not giving me any useful tracking info doesnt even say its been processed yet. NOBODY is answering phones AT ALL great customer service isn't it. so I've tried now dowloading the app which tells me the driver is 20mins away and that was over 3 hours ago and on the map its telling it is still in Kempton park in Jozi so WHAT IN THE FLYING F@#K is going on
