Aramex- worst courier- not living up to promises

I've ordered a short for overseas visitor and Ols Scholl (the company providing the shirt) let me pay extra to have the short delivered 24-48 hours window.

Aramex is the courier they used and they send me a tracking number. needless to say Aramex's reputation was not meeting my expectation. 48 hours later, still no parcel (order tracking ODS 14841). Thanks to Aramex incompetence to deliver as paid for (within 24-48 hours), my friends goes back overseas without the purchase.
