Aramex worst courier in Africa

for an over night package to take 6 days is ****** ridiculous , probably by far the worst courier service in Africa! then when you try to call they don"t have a customer care line that is open after 5. they are also only open Monday to Friday so if you need to get information you must make sure you get it during working hours otherwise you have no one to call and ask for assistance , terrible service

my package was sent last week Tuesday the 12th there was no details on the tracking number until today the 18th March!!!! and it still hasn't arrived .
