Aramex - worst courier company on the market

I'd placed an order with an online store who dispatched my parcel with Aramex. The service booked was overnight so I should have received the parcel the next working day as I'm in a major city. Aramex did not deliver my parcel almost a week later, nobody answers telephones at aramex, nobody responds to emails, their website is totally useless, their online tracking is not accurate and has delayed information. As an online business owner, I will never use Aramex to send goods to my customers or to receive goods from my suppliers again. And I will go out of my way to discourage all my customers and suppliers to stay away from Aramex. Pathetic treatment of customers, and no service whatsoever. They make our governments service delivery look 5-star.
