Aramex - Worst Courier Company in South Africa - Terrible Service.

I wish I could give this company a zero rating. They collected my parcel on the 03rd of January, there has been no update on their tracking since Monday. I called and they said to provide my full address which they already had by the way. I have been confirming my address since Tuesday, they have still not updated the status of my delivery, and they have still not delivered, after speaking to them 3 times and speaking to the supplier I purchased from. Yesterday the lady assured me that she is sending an email for them to update the system and send out my parcel. Still nothing. This is the worst courier company ever. Service sucks, you cannot send in a complaint, that @feedback@aramex email does not work either. This is frustrating.
