ARAMEX: WORST COURIER COMPANY IN SA

I ordered stuff from Shein on the 25th of November 2021. 22th of December 2021 when I track my order it says it has been delivered but the delivery wasn’t made to me or my house, it’s the 7th of January and i still don’t have my package. On the 22th of December I was home I didn’t get a call from the Aramex drivers saying they’re outside nor did they knock on my door.

I’ve been calling Aramex and sending them emails to assist me since the 24th of December til the 3rd of January. NO ONE IS ASSISTING ME. Rebecca from Aramex is not friendly cuts you off while your speaking.

This is my second worst experience with Aramex and i think it’s safe to say ARAMEX WORST COURIER COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA. If Aramex is not willing to change I think it’s time they shut their doors.
