Aramex - worst courier company I have ever dealt with

Once again I am extremely dissatisfied with Aramex's pathetic service. I have waited the entire day for my package to arrive at the address supp**** to them and no one ever came to deliver my package (according to the call centre my package was out on delivery today). When I phoned again at 16:45 I was told that my package has been sent back. This is now the third bad experience that I have had with Aramex (1st time package was delivered to wrong house and I had to struggle to get my package back from the person that they delivered it to, 2nd time the delivery guy could not find the address and I had to drive and meet him somewhere beside the road). I was at the address the entire day so there is no way that the delivery person could not find me. I was now told that I would receive a call back from your call centre before 17:00 and an explanation as to why my package has been sent back and now 17:28 I have yet to receive any phone call from you with no one answering the phone. This is unacceptable. Pathetic service.
