ARAMEX - WORST COURIER COMPANY

I am relocating to a different Province this Friday. I placed an order at an online store and they ship with Aramex. Order placed 8 Dec (South Africa), tracking number says delivery will take place 11 Dec. Still no delivery, no one answers calls, no emails response no Instagram response, except that they will investigate but nothing after that. No whatsapps assistance because its a robot. Tomorrow 16 Dec is holiday, im leaving JHB Friday relocating to Cape Town. Urgent assistance is needed, urgent delivery is required, where and who can be contacted????
