Aramex worst company to deal with ever

Aramex worst logistics company ever please don't use Aramex SA I sent a parcel on Sunday the First (01-03-2020) going to Zeerust from Johannesburg till today hasn't been delivered today marks 17 days which they claim they don't operate on weekends but its more than 10 business days, they say the parcels sent takes 3-4 business days its all a lie, The parcel I sent has valuable items inside, I call them everyday of the business days they hang up on me others lie and say it will be delivered some say the address provided is in the outlaying area I changed addresses as they said in the North West they can only cater Rustenburg I changed address to Rustenburg still hasn't been delivered and I called they tell me same nonsense that its in the outlaying area this company has low service and don't take their customers serious at all their customer service is poor I am tired really it is a shame of a company I want my parcel or else I am taking further actions...
