Aramex worse company ever

Aramex should not even get a star i have been waiting 10 days for custom clearance and no answer i logged a complain i wrote emails i went to their offices waited 45 min to spwak with someone and still no answers the only answer is 3 to 6 days just to get rid off you then its another 3 to 6 days again People dont use these guys there is no support i will never use them again or refer them
