Aramex with a poor poor service!

I made an order with house and home on the 3rd of May 2022. They organised with Aramex for a delivery which was scheduled for 13 May 2022. They did not collect it. It was only collected on Tuesday the 17th of May. Yesterday the 18th of May,at 07:45 I received a call asking about the address and I gave them the directions to my place. I didn’t receive anything since then. When I am calling they are not saying the same thing. Others are saying it’s scheduled for delivery, others are saying tomorrow and others are saying on Monday but they don’t give me a valid reason as to why. They said they only noticed yesterday that they don’t deliver to my place on Wednesdays which doesn’t make sense. This is so unprofessional and it’s disgusting, so inconvenient. I’m so stressing out about my order and the worst part house and home say I should communicate myself with Aramex East London Branch.
