Aramex will not give you what you pay for

I ordered items from a company in Durban and paid for overnight delivery with Aramex on the 6/9/18. The parcel was supposed to have been delivered on the 7/9/18 since that is what I paid for. It has now almost been a week and I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. When I checked yesterday I was told that it would be delivered before 12h00. It has still not been delivered. This is the worse service I have ever experienced and Aramex is not shy to charge you in advance for service. Total ******* and no clue of service delivery.
