ARAMEX WHERES MY PACKAGE?!

My experience was and is terrible with Aramex, I’ve been waiting for them to deliver my package since last week Thursday. I called them the whole day yesterday and I still have NOT received my package. I understand we are in a pandemic. But how long should I wait for my package to be delivered?!?!?!
