Aramex - where is my package and you are not answering your phones!

It's convenient to use the dropbox at the closest Pick n Pay however, it takes ages to get delivered (even though the fine print mentions before 12:00 the next day)

I shipped my order on 28/11/2018 - up to today no feedback from Aramex whilst my client is waiting for her order. The App is very basic and just says it is 'under processing at operations facility - 30 Nov'

I tried to contact ********** (Cape Town logistics centre) since Friday, no one answers. I contacted ********** (Cape Town) the phone just rings (phoned 4 times). The 5th time someone answered I was told they'll call me back - it's now 5 hours later and nothing.

This upsets me.
