Aramex Where is my Document!!!!!!!

I tried to courier from the Caltex in Northland, Durban, no proper assistance was given, in fact the till operators were clueless. Basically i had to go again the next day 29th November i dropped the parcel, on the tracker it reflects a delivery on the 2nd December but the receiver has not received it

Your call center is pointless cause the calls are never attended, your complaints submission - equally pointless

This is a legal document and i had a deadline, where is my parcel??????
