📦 Aramex, what’s going on?

My parcel has been with you since 22 December 2025, and it is now 6 January 2026. It's almost two weeks later and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve been given multiple promises that it would arrive, but tracking shows it hasn’t moved from the warehouse, and I’ve received no proper communication or updates. Please can you fix this because logging a ticket does not work.
