Aramex what happened to the 72 hours you promise

Aramex courier service is very bad they say it takes 72 hours for your parcel to reach its destination BUT with my parcel its been over two weeks and still it has not reached its destination. Becouse of this bad service I have lost out on a very important thing that needed that parcel to reach its destination In time. I'm so angry and disappointed, I've spoken to over 3 of they constantly and they are all promising but not delivering.
