Aramex - what a disgrace of a service

I am extremely unhappy with the service from Aramex. I dropped a parcel in the Aramex box at PnP New Market, using the store to door deliver option, which states delivery takes up to 72 hours. I dropped it off on the 03/06/2021 before 2pm, and today is the 18/06/2021 - 12 business days later, my customer hasn't received his parcel. I called customer service and spoke to Riaaz, who conveniently told me the parcel will be delivered today - Today only - 2 and a half weeks later. Andy why only now that i made a follow-up? And he dropped the call right after saying that - UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I will never ever make use your services again!!!!!!!!!!
