Aramex voted worst courier service

Aramex south africa east london doesnt deserve a star at all!!!! I sent a parcel 2 weeks ago still hasnt arrived by the way!!!! I called to ask 3 different people said theyd get back to me still no feedback. I called again and guess what they reject my calls when i asked a friend to call then only they answered everso rude as if we at fault. We flippin paying you not doing us a favour.
