Aramex very very bad service

I have never found any deliver company as bad as this. All other companies Amazon uses to ship can find our address, but Aramex , cannot. A large shipment was shipped - mostly delivered a week ago by another company. Aramex had one small parcel to deliver, but cancelled it as i refused delivery. they never even arrived at our complex. I reviewed the camera feed. If you try calling them - you get a message - over and over about their Whatsapp channel...but no answer. Consumer board...here i come. there is absolutely no way to escalate to a person.
