Aramex very late and poor service

Delivery guy claimed that the shop, Trophy Africa, was closed for delivery, but it wasn't! It's a shop, we were open. Afterwards, we phoned to confirm our address. Aramax phoned to get it. The address was the same as on the waybill. After 5 times that we had to confirm our address and lots of promises, the package was delivered after 2 full days, AFTER the initial delivery was supposed to be made. This was really very poor service.
