ARAMEX very bad service

I was supposed to receive the parcel today 19/06/2021 and the guy talked to me so badly. He told me I dont have phone manners after trying to answer and not hearing me from his site. He then told me if I need my parcel I will call him and drop the call before I could even talk. Because is my son's shoes and he need them badly as we ordered them since last month, I then phoned. Since he did not give me a chance he said to me save your airtime and your high blood because he already passed the my area (Mankweng Limpopo Province, South Africa) and I can do what ever I want about the situation after saying the matter need to be reported because he was very rude to me. I am so disappointed using ARAMEX.
