Aramex useless tracking system and idiots that update it!!!!

I would like to know how the hell do you track your parcel when the idiots that update the transit process with this bull****. How low is Aramex work ethics they allow idiots like this to be in charge of updating customers with where their parcels is, this people in these positions doesn't know what the hell they are doing and these people should be moved out of this position and back to making tea or coffee and hopefully don't ***** that up also !!!! Look at this below and tell me that this isn't ****ing confusing, it looks like my parcel is on a around south africa tour, because I buy my parcel in Witbank then it travels from Nelspruit to Witbank, then to Bloemfontein and then only to Bethlehem at some point. Look at the process below !!!
